Our Site
Site fees annually are £2,400, but at selected times of the year, and depending on what promotions we have running, we can cover them for our new owners – just ask us – or if you’d prefer another incentive we have a range of different ones available to aid your smooth purchase.
The site fees include all local rates, water, waste water and also the maintenance of the grounds. The only other expenses for each home would be the individual usage of gas and electricity. Electric is charged per unit as standard rate and the gas bottles are £90 per 47kg bottle.
